Aman Ullah is a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist and Consulting Partner at Hamed AlShameri & Co. CPAs, with over 28 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, information management, and quality management across a wide range of sectors.

His experience spans international development organizations, government institutions, financial and insurance sectors, and large-scale donor-funded programs, providing him with strong expertise in performance monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and results-based management systems.

Aman Ullah has held senior technical and leadership roles with leading international and development organizations, where he was responsible for designing and implementing M&E systems, managing complex projects, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. His work includes assignments with multilateral institutions, international NGOs, and government agencies across diverse operational environments.

He holds a Master of Science in Statistics and is certified in project management and information systems, including Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and PRINCE2®. He is also a member of the American Evaluation Association.
